2 cups ground walnuts 1/2 cup ground chia seeds 1/2 cup Waldon Farms Chocolate syrup (Fred Meyer) 1/2 cup melted butter or coconut oil 1 tsp stevia glycerite 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla 1/4 tsp aluminum free baking powder 1/4 tsp salt 3 T unsweetened cocoa powder
Preheat oven to 350 ° Grease an 8″ square pan. In a saucepan, melt 1/2 cup butter or coconut oil. Remove from heat, and stir in stevia, Waldon Farm syrup, eggs and vanilla. In a large bowl add walnut flour, chia seeds, salt and baking powder. Add butter mixture to walnut mixture and mix well. Spread batter into prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. DO NOT OVERBAKE!
