Fatigue is the most commonly complaint we are asked to address. Of course it is also likely the most complex when looking into the underlying cause as well. Fatigue is a sign that something is wrong and is not a real diagnosis in and of it self. It should not be ignored or down played as “I just need to exercise more” or “stress”. It is absolutely not part of aging.

We commonly find blood sugar problems, chronic infections, hormone problems and allergies. These are all manageable problems and suffering is unnecessary.
